    All incoming 6th, 7th and 8th grade IS 2 students are required to complete summer reading assignments. Click on the link below for grade specific required reading assignments. Participation in Staten Island's Ecology Fair, NYC Penny Harvest, School Spirit Week, Marching Band and "Broadway" and Talent Shows. PAL-sponsored classes in Reading/ Math test prep, Study Skills and Homework Help, Athletics Programs, Jazz Band, Computers and Sports Programs.
